Welcome! You are not officially hired until complete paperwork and ID's have been provided to the hiring coordinator in A202, NESB at CSU. Please review the list of acceptable ID's on the back of the I-9 form prior to turning in your paperwork. Hourly pay periods last two weeks. They start on Saturday and end two weeks later on a Friday. Pay day is every other friday. There is a lag time of two weeks between the end of the pay period and the pay date for that period. Please see number 15 below (Time Sheet Due Dates) for a full list of due dates for the year. Note the dates listed in Bold when time sheets are due early. Time sheets not received on the due date by 4:30pm will have missed the deadline for being entered for that pay period and will be held until the next pay period. This means a two week delay in pay. It is considered overtime if you work more than 40 hours in one week (Sat.-Fri.) and it must be approved by your supervisor ahead of time. Any questions, please call (970) 491-5589 or email blankenn@nrel. (Please note, the following forms are in pdf format. To use, please download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
